As a Retail Customer, you can return items from our collection of Original Antique Mirrors by informing us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to do so and they must reach us within a maximum 28 days of receipt in their original packaging.
We can arrange to collect the Original Antique Mirror in the same way it was delivered at a cost of £150 per mirror or you are welcome to arrange the return yourself back to our workshop address.
Bespoke or Made to Order products are not returnable for any reason.
Any stock items such as Original Antique Mirrors, supplied with a Trade discount are not returnable.
Samples can also be returned, in clean and undamaged condition, within 30 days. A refund will be made, less the cost of the original postage.
Once installed no products can be returned, exchanged or refunded, for any reason.
